Simply stated, that means that the eco system in these dunes cannot ever be replaced and no one should have the power to develop them for commercial purposes. However, this property was purchased by the billionaire Aubrey McLendon of the Kerr McGee fortune and he is married into the Upton family, which are the heirs to the Whirlpool fortune.
