Board of Election Canvassers Meting to Certify the 2008 General Election
Chris Thomas, Director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections, and Joyce
Watts, Allegan County Clerk blame the election workers for mistakes that
resulted in over half the precincts in Allegan county not being able to
be counted. Pat Foster gives testimony regarding Lee Township, one of
the uncountable precincts that was observed by two Green election
challengers and Det. Doan of the Michigan State Police who observed the
workers reconcile the ballots to the poll book twice. If everything was
done correctly by the election workers, then Joyce Watts, the county
clerk was the next person to control those ballots. The finger points
directly at her and if we had a legitimate government, she would be
investigated.

For All - movie about Kenneth Blackwell, Secretary of State
of Ohio, and how he manipulated the vote in that state for the 2004 and
2006 elections. The Michigan Secretary of State, Terri Lynn Land, uses
many of the same procedures in Michigan to disenfranchise voters.
Secretary of State, Teeri Lynn Land established a rule on no
cameras in precincts during elections without ever promulgating the
rule. Elections by their nature are public. The canvass after the
election is over is subject to the Open Meetings Act, that allows the
public to film or record. Ira Demmar is thrown out of Lee Township
during the canvass after the election for filming.

Machine Testing in Manlius Township 1:27
Karen Wellman follows the voting machines to a room in the back and
wants to know what is happening to those machines. She is told they are
just sitting there waiting for the clerks to take them home. In the
audio above, Joyce Watts, the Allegan County Clerk admits that they were
attached by modem to her office.

Township Recall Recount in Allegan County
3:23
The law stating that the members of a recount committee have "the
right to observe each and every ballot as it is being counted and to
take notes as they so desire" was read to Joyce Watts, Allegan
County Clerk and the Board of Election Canvassers. They refused to
allow us to see the ballots after constant pleadings. Joyce Watts
states that our challengers had the right to observe the ballots on
the night of the election. Please observe the Casco Challenge where
we again requested that right and it was turned down by the
Secretary of State's Representative, Peter Allegrina. Highlighted
by Black Box Voting.org with around 300,000 hits.

Public
Hearing to give Other Candidates the Right to Oppose a Recount
4:10 Joyce Watts, Allegan
County Clerk, schedules a hearing one week before the opposing
candidates even file forms asking for it. Who runs Allegan County? Like
the state police said: "Joyce Watts runs this county."
Secretary of State Refuses to Allow a Recount of Her Own Election
2:41
In the State of Michigan,
we are not allowed to audit or see the ballots after an election is over
except for recounts. Any candidate has the right under state law to
petition for a recount. Watch and listen to what happens when a petition
for a recount by the Green candidate for Secretary of State is
submitted.

Amended Complaint by the
National Clean Election Lawsuit put together by We the People of
the State of New York where the plaintiffs asked each state to just see
and count the ballots. None agreed. Your editor was one of three
plaintiffs from the State of Michigan on this lawsuit.
