For around $30 you can download an unlimited amount of video. It also has a video editing program to put multiple clips together. YouTube You are limited to 100mb or about 10 minutes of video. It is free. After downloading your video, you will be given a link to give people to connect to it. This link will be in your article so people can go directly to it and watch it.
