Saugatuck Township Meeting 11:20
The township board was questioned regarding their relationship with
Aubrey McClendon's attorney prior to the first meeting in December.
Their refusal to answer many of these questions leaves open their
independence as elected officials. The people have already voiced their
objections, so this video presents some insight into just who these
officials actually represent. March

Laboratory Report on Arsenic Poisoning in Lee Township
Test well showed 100 ppb, when 10ppb is the maximum
allowed limit by law. Subsequent meeting of the Lower Scott Lake
Association Board in February, 2008 brought in a health expert who
stated that the results from that well are untrustworthy. A special well
needed to be drilled and tested. To date, July 7, 2008, that has not
been done. Note that all the houses surrounding the containment site had
above trace amounts of arsenic, and testing before the dredging started,
they had none. The soil tested at over 14,000 ppb, when 1,100 ppb is the
limit.
Letter to Patty
Birkholz re: Allegan County Hog Farm
Merger between the lawfirm of Butzbaugh & Ryan with Ship Street Realty,
Inc. Judge Butzbaugh is the Chief Judge
of Berrien County, and Chairs the Michigan Bar Association's Ethics
Committee. The merger of his law firm with the real estate company
that is making money from the development of Jean Klock Park would be
grounds for him to recuse himself from hearing any case connected to
that development. He heard the case against the Rev. Pinkney for
"buying votes" on the Recall of a Benton Harbor commissioner that was
voting for the takeover of Jean Klock Park. There is a very large
movement that believes the Rev. Pinkney now doing time in Jackson is a
political prisoner of a corrupt state and judciary.
Affidavit of Jean Nesbitt, Clerk
of Benton Harbor in the Case of the prosecutor against the City of
Benton Harbor Note on page 3,
the man being recalled actually paid someone to say that the Rev.
Pinkney had paid them to vote for his recall. This is a very
enlightening document relative to the case against the Rev. Pinkney.
